Harold's Story
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I found myself as the middle child in a chaotic family of five. Early on, I always had an abundance of energy, often leading to clashes with authority figures due to a lack of outlets and self-understanding.

Trying to navigate the challenges of adolescence and often times feeling like “the only”, I recognized a transformative force hidden within sports/competition that satisfied the emotional hole. I became an unwitting powerhouse, with an enormous imbalance between physical and emotional intelligence.

While excelling in sports provided an external facade of confidence, internally, I grappled with deep-rooted insecurities and a fear of returning to the isolation experienced during my childhood.

As I matured, the pursuit of identity and purpose led me to derive satisfaction from the wrong things; drugs/alcohol, accolades garnered through sports, and worst of all being the “tough guy”. However, the sense of fulfillment derived from external validation was barely enough to mask the internal struggle and fear of failure.

My journey took me to the highest and lowest points imaginable, marked by experiences in drug rehabilitation centers, SEC Championships, moments of profound existential crisis and professional football across the country and abroad. It was this time period in my life of feeling lost and uncertain that lead me to devote myself to creating a program for people like me—a 10-step approach—a comprehensive list of life lessons I had accumulated.

This program stands as a testament to resilience and personal growth, offering a systematic guide for individuals seeking to attain their highest potential across various facets of life—mental, physical, and beyond. It is my sincere effort to share insights garnered from personal struggles, providing a roadmap for those aspiring to bring about a sense of pride and fulfillment in their lives.
